DENVER, JANUARY 30, 2018 — SSP Innovations, LLC (SSP), a leader in utility GIS services, is pleased to announce an agreement to purchase via an affiliate Wind Lake Solutions, a leading provider of data services for the utility and telecom GIS Industry. With the Wind Lake Solutions acquisition, SSP will also acquire the SPANS Joint Use Application and incorporate it into its existing Lifecycle application suite.

In addition to Coates, current Wind Lake Principals Diana Coates, Susan Smith-Lee and Gary Miller, along with other senior leadership from the company, will join SSP-Wind Lake and will continue to manage data services and SPANS projects from SSP’s new Midwest hub.
