PSEG EXTENDS WIND LAKE SOLUTIONS' SERVICES CONTRACT

Wind Lake Solutions, Inc., (WLS) Waukesha, Wisconsin - announced today that Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) has awarded a follow-on contract to extend WLS' involvement as PSEG's 2005 Gas GIS Project Architect through the end of the 2005 calendar year. WLS has played an important role in the success of PSEG's ongoing Gas GIS implementation beginning in July by providing on-site and off-site consulting services as part of a project team composed of Wind Lake Solutions, VARGIS, LLC., and VELOCITIE Integration, Inc. Consistent with the composition of the original project team, VARGIS will serve as prime contractor for the contract extension.

Earlier this year the VARGIS/WLS/VELOCITE team was contracted to simultaneously work on three tracks that converge to achieve the primary objective of developing a connected facilities/customer database with associated applications and interfaces to support PSEG's gas delivery operations. The Gas GIS solution is aimed at integrating the fully converted district wall maps with the target data model and performing external system data conversion and integration. Live and batch interfaces between PSEG's Gas GIS and its Work Management System (DWMS) and Customer Information System (CIS) to facilitate ongoing maintenance are also being developed by the team.
