WIND LAKE SOLUTIONS PROVIDES ArcGIS/ArcFM TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES THROUGH THE MOSAIC COMPANY

Wind Lake Solutions, Inc., (WLS) Mukwonago, Wisconsin is pleased to announce that training specialists, The Mosaic Company, (Mosaic) awarded an ESRI ArcGIS and TM&M ArcFM training and user support services contract to Wind Lake Solutions.

WLS is providing qualified ArcGIS/ArcFM training personnel to Mosaic in support of Mosaic's enterprise-wide training program at a major utility company in the Midwest. In preparation for training delivery, WLS also developed portions of the GIS user training materials. WLS trainers are employing Mosaic's custom-developed ArcGIS/ArcFM training and support methods and procedures to assist natural gas and electric system GIS users at various offices across the utility's service territory. With initial GIS user training completed, WLS is also providing on-going user support under Mosaic's direction during the production roll-out of the GIS system.
