WIND LAKE TO MANAGE ASI OPERATION

Wind Lake Solutions, Inc., a Waukesha Wisconsin based utility services company, has announced an agreement to provide management services to Analytical Surveys, Inc., (ASI). Under the agreement Wind Lake Solutions (WLS) will provide comprehensive management services associated with ASI's utility services production facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Wind Lake Solutions' management team, which includes: David Coates, Bill Nantell, Gary Miller, Susan Smith-Lee, and Diana DeGroot, all have past, longstanding, relationships with ASI and its customer base.

Lori Jones, ASI's CEO, said "We believe we can provide superior service to our customers and an improved working environment to our employees under management guidance from Dave Coates, CEO of Wind Lake, and his team. Prior to ASI's purchase of the Wisconsin operation in December of 1995, Mr. Nantell and Mr. Coates successfully managed that operation."

In making the announcement, William Nantell, President of WLS, also indicated that the agreement provides, "a go forward strategy that includes arrangements for WLS to address the longer term concerns of the Wisconsin operation's employees and customers.
