WIND LAKE SOLUTIONS UNVEILS ATTACHMENT AND SPATIAL DATA INTEGRATION SERVICES

Wind Lake Solutions, Inc., Waukesha, WI has announced a new service offering developed to assist utility and telecommunications customers in integrating their existing pole attachment data with a geospatial information system (GIS) or geospatial data viewing application. According to Gary Miller, Wind Lake Solutions' Vice President - Solutions Development, "The spatial aspects of a customer's foreign attachment data make it a natural fit with either GIS or field viewing applications. Integration of these datasets delivers benefits throughout our customers' organizations. The attachment management function benefits through the spatial display and analysis of attachment data. Engineering and field personnel are better informed as to the presence of foreign attachments prior to arriving at a work site."
